Bob Hershman provides a wide breadth of legal services, including representation in litigated and transactional matters. Bob handles Estate Administration and Personal Injury matters for Adams Kearney Law. Bob prides himself on the relationships he develops with his clients. He is results-driven and understands that successful outcomes are obtained by focusing on the process to achieve the clients’ objectives.
Experience
As a student at Villanova University School of Law, Bob provided legal representation to the underserved community and cultivated meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues as a member of the school’s Civil Justice Clinic. Bob received the Joseph R. Wenk award, which is given to the graduating student who makes the greatest contribution to the clinic. Bob is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the District of New Jersey.
Personal
Bob has a strong interest in the education and development of the youth of Philadelphia. In addition to the personal time, he devotes to mentoring, Bob has been a volunteer for the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Advancing Civics Education Program. The A.C.E. program pairs teams of lawyers and judges with ninth-grade public school students. A.C.E. students engage in activities that emphasize the role of the citizen in our society and illustrate how pervasive the law is in so many aspects of our lives.
