Craig Burke
Attorney at Law

Craig Burke

I am a 2013 graduate of the Widener University School of Law.
At Adams Kearney Law, I focus my practice around addressing plaintiff rights in personal injury, workers compensation and unemployment compensation, real estate, and family law — including divorce, equitable distribution, spousal and child support, child custody matters, and protection from abuse proceedings. I zealously represent my clients and bring to the practice of law years of process improvement and customer and client service experience gained while serving as a General Manager to a resort and restaurant business located in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. I am licensed to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Personal

My wife Heather and I reside in Wallingford, Delaware County. I enjoy cooking and can be found on the golf course, where too frequently my woodsman skills come into play.

As my client, your needs will come first every step of the way.

Experience

Before joining Adams Kearney Law, I gained legal experience in Pennsylvania’s First Judicial District Judicial Fellowship Program in Philadelphia in the Orphan’s Court Division under the Honorable George W. Overton. There I performed judicial law clerk responsibilities, reviewing settlement agreements and judicial orders, processing judicial decrees, and participating in pre-trial attorney conferences and hearings before the Court.
